Going BROAD

What would you suggest for going BROAD.

I've heard "tweaking" the way I do my chest and shoulder workouts would get that "width"

Any suggestions ?

I know genetic structure also makes a huge difference, but still I'd like to hear about those workouts which do help in getting broader.

There's no workout that will "Broaden" you per say. It's simply a matter of depeloping all your upper body muscles, including the pecs(chest), the delts(shoulder) and the lats (upper back).

When I originally started working out, I had 14" arms and a 38" chest. Now after 7 years I have 49" chest and 18" arms (keep in mind I'm 5'7").

I'm not sure where you are at with your body, but usually you have to gain muscle all over to get big in certain parts. Now to most people I look huge, and I'm not even that cut right now (around 18% BF, working on getting down to 10% for next spring/summer)
