hey guys....I was told to take GLUTAMINE along with creatine and clomid post cycle to help keep gains---i know the reasoning for using clomid and creatine but can anyone please tell me the reasoning for taking GLUTAMINE along with clomid and creatine....???

You should be taking Glutamine all the time on or off the stuff!

Glutamine is for recovery and works great immediately after you work out, with or without other supplements and it has nothing to do with being on gear. It is not that expensive and I use it everyday to recover after my workouts,
