What if you go in to the gym and start out taking a pilates class or yoga, stretching class or something like that? They're a relaxation class and you wouldn't think of it as oh, i have to go in and lift and maybe do cardio and its alot of work. And these classes help so much with flexibility and relaxation and calmness too so maybe you need something different from your regular routine??? When i get days like that i try something simple like pilates because once you get to the gym you can ease back into your routine easier. Its just getting there in the first place that's the challenge.
