Give me your oppinion on this bulking cycle.

I'm planning to start this cycle on 1st. September
I' ve done alot of reading up and trying to gather as musch info as i can.

But i have the following questions:
-Is my hcg/pct protocol coorect?
-Is arimidex 0.5 eod too much? Should i star twith 0.25mg e/od (Im worried it will kill my estrogen too much thus reducing gains)
-Should i aim for a 500kcal daily surplus and a total of 1pound weekly gain (As would i do as a natural) Or i can get away with a larger surplus without the fat gain?
My goal is to put as much lean muscle as possible while accumulating the least amount of fat.
-Should my protein be higher (more than 1g per lb of body weight) Because protein synthesis will be elevated?
-Should i split up my deca like the test (Monday/Thursday) Or should i use it all on monday with the first test injection?
-How should i split my dbol for best and optimal hyperthrophy gains? I was planning on taking 10mg every 5 hours through out the day. Thaughts?

Take the advice of Stevesmi... U do not want to do deca !!! It will shut u down big time and take forever to clear your system.

If this is your first cycle, drop the Deca. Just run the Test, DBol, and Adex.

1-12 Test E - 500mg/week
1-4 DBol - 30mg/day
1-14 Adex - .5mg/eod

For your questions.

1. There are a lot of ways to run HCG. I personally like using it throughout the entire cycle at 500-1000iu per week. Some will start using it as soon as there balls shrink until the end of cycle. Some people go 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Then there are some that think it is best used starting a couple weeks before PCT.

2. Start your adex dosing at .5mg/eod, then adjust from there.

3. A 500 calorie surplus is a good start. The results someone gets very from person to person, so it is hard to say. I would start with the 500 cal surplus, and then adjust from there. You may be able to taken in more calories without gaining fat, or you might have to lower it. No one really knows.

4. Shoot for 1-2g's of protein per pound of body weight. Make sure the majority of your meals are coming from REAL food, and not shakes.

5. Drop the Deca for now. Split your Test injections up, twice per week.

6. Split the DBol dosage up, at least AM/PM.

For PCT, I would go like this..

15-18 Clomid - 50/50/25/25
15-18 Aromasin - 12.5mg/eod
 
For your first cycle, do test and Dbol only. I would not recommend Deca at all. It's a poor choice for many reasons

Run aromasin on cycle at 12.5mg EOD and run N2guard with it

For PCT run this:

Thx for this detailed advice. Helps alot! Just one more thing about the dbol that i didn't udnerstand you say split it AM/PM so 15mg am 15mg Pm? Isn't dbol's halflive 5 hours or so? Isnt it more productive to spread it throught the day aka every 5 hrs? Ty.
