Girlfriend Help - Cutting

I've always been into mass building and don't know much about cutting cycles. My girlfriend is interested in a cutting cycle to lose some stubborn BF that she got after having a kid. She had the kid about two years ago and through normal dieting and cardio she has been unable to get reach her goals. She has been using ECA off and on. She is 5'9 and 165. I'm guessing her BF is around 20%. I did a little research and below is a cycle that looked good. I wanted to get some advice on this cycle and hear any other ideas. I would appreciate an info that you could offer.

Week 1 25mcg T3 daily
Week 2 50mcg T3 daily, 60-80mcg Clen daily
Week 3 75mcg T3 daily, 60-80 mcg Clen daily
Week 4 50mcg T3 daily, 60-80 ncg Clen daily
Week 5 25mcg T3 daily

I would have her using Yohimburn throughout as well. I would have her take eight weeks off after cycle before trying something new. Also, I wonder if Arimidex would be useful for a woman.

She's not using any anabolics. I realize that T-3 is anti-catabolic, but I didn't know that it was a must to use an anabolic. If I did put her on, it would be anavar. I was planning on putting her on a high-protein diet to counteract some protein breakdown.

Any other ideas?

if she is at 20%, then she needs to diet :) plain and simple :) Obviously her food intake is messed up somewhere, she doesnt need clen and especially not T3. Post her diet, lets see where she is going wrong. :)

Her diet could be better and more disciplined. I have no doubt about that. Its not horrible, but it needs some work. But its almost like she needs to see some somewhat quick results to get motivated to get more into total fitness for life. I know this mentality is messed up, but it is what it is. If I could get her on a somewhat aggressive cycle I know she would be excited and be strict with her training and diet.

Its difficult for her to get on the board currently because her PC is getting repaired and she can't do it at work because she is a school teacher.

She's really frustrated about the weight after the pregnancy. She was in great shape before. She was a cheerleader for UT (Texas), and very fit. But it was just natural at the time ans she didn't have to work for it.

Well, I went from 16% to around 8% in 2 months, with just diet, no cardio, and no speed of any kind, like ephedrine or clen or t3. Just strictly diet, and I was also a cheerleader and I also got big after having my kid who weighed 9lbs 4oz :)

I think you're experience is the exception and not the norm. You must have exceptional genetics to get back in shape so quickly. But, I don't want to dismiss the hard work you put into it. I'm sure you busted your ass. If you don't mind my asking, could you give me your diet or at least the framework or guidelines of it?

I had my daughter a year ago(8lbs). My bf was 20%about 2 months ago,now it is 12%. I know it could be better, but it's a start. Just diet and cardio.

Ok dont get me started this early!! Fast results are usually not healthy and they do NOT last!!! It takes time...there is NO WAY around it. I would not take T3 unless she is on something...she will lose fat on it but she will also lose muscle...so then she will just be a skinny fat girl....how attractive is that...it will not be what she is looking for, she will have no muscle hardness or what most women call "tone" look!!! She is going about it all the wrong way.

#1 why doesn't she get on here herself and ask questions and look stuff up for herself? #2 Post her diet..I can almost promise you some changes in that will make huge differences in her progress....#3 How does she train? Light weights high reps? Is she a cardio fanatic? #4 Does she drink at least 1 gallon of water a day? #5 How long has she been at this??

We need more information and taking a pill or some type of drug will not give her the miracle cure and the body to die for...SORRY not realistic...u will simply be wasting your time and money....and u will be back right where you started from.

A good clean diet..hard training and a little cardio will do wonders for a body...w/ consistency...that means over a period of time...If she has to see quick results..just tell her to starve herself...she shouldnt need to see something just to get motivated....her motivation wont last......get her on here...and let her read....and learn.....If she is grown up enough to take some type of drug..she can log on a computer and read as well.
