Being thinking about doing a clen cycle for a while but put it off til I lowered my bf a good bit.
Reckon I'm sitting at around 17 atm
Done a good bit of research so I know a good amount about it.
Only thing I'm looking to know is, would 1 or 2 cycles put enough stress on the heart to cause long term damage?
I'm talking about a low dosage cycle nothing past 80 or 100mg
I know about building up and water intake
Diet is:
9am shake with oats and green tea
10.30am fat free yougurt and apple
12 3oz chicken breast with 1/2 cup of rice
3pm shake with some nuts
Pre workout.
Sweet potatoe and chicken
Post hour after workout
Pasta and Turkey
Try to get my sprints in 3 times a week with 5x lifting a week
Any advice on diet is welcomed
