Im a puney little shit right -
Was like only 140 pounds or something so i went on this bulking diet thing blah blah blah zug zug zug, mananged to get to about 150 pounds in about 2 weeks. Yeh not bad i thought.
Then i ran out of protien powder, and i must admit i got so fucking sick of food towards the end. Anyway so i stopped taking the protien shakes for a bit, and now a cple of weeks later im at about 145 pounds.
Is it even possible to maintain your weight if not taking protien suppliments? Cos hell im losing weight by the second. and this protien costs money man - more than what a 17 year old dick can afford. So what the fuck am i gonna do?

Its probably just water weight. In 2 weeks you cant gain 5lbs of pure muscle, so dont worry about it.
You dont need supplements at all to gain or to maintain, its just the convenience factor that makes ppl buy them.
Go on a 3500 diet - you will gain 100% of your potential. WHole foods are just as good as supps, unless you are trying to lose fat (you get exact nutrtional info ).
