From Training to Nutrition to Juice... Please evaluate my bodybuilding schedule !

If you guys wouldn't mind, could you help a brother out with some input on my entire program:

19 y.o
5' 8"
185 lbs.
9% BF
Training for 3 years

Goals: To put on 30-35 lbs. muscle ( not water)on this (my first)
cycle.

Juice: 10 weeks, Sust./ 500wk, Eq 375/wk,
Dbol 25mg ED, Test Prop. 100 EOD
(Dbol and Test. Prop. weeks 1-4)
Nolv. 10 mg day
I am currently ending week 3.

Training: Mon. Chest, , Biceps, Forearms
Wed. Legs, Abs
Fri. Back, Shoulders, Triceps

Nutrition:

Meal 1: 5-6 eggs
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup pineapple
1 tomato
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Meal 2: 1 can tuna
1 banana
1 bagel

Meal 3: 1 chicken breast
1 baked potato
broccoli & carrots
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Meal 4: 1 can tuna
1 banana
1 bagel

---- Workout ----

After Workout: 2.5 scoops protein
2 scoops weight gainer
10g glutamine

Meal 5: 10 oz Salmon
1 potato/ 1cup rice
broccoli

Meal 6 : protein bar

Total Cals: 4500- 5000
Pro: 250 +
Carbs: 650 +

Vitamins & Pills: ( Doseages are split in a.m. & p.m. )

multi vitamin
2,000mg milk thistle
2,000 Primrose oil
2,000 Vit. C
800 IU Vit. E
600 mg calcium
B complex
Saw Palmetto

I would really appreciate some good advice from some experts.
 
Shouldn't have used nolva unless needed, as it supresses IGF-1, could have went with arimidex or proviron. Otherwise looks good.
 
if you have the time, you cauld train one bodypart per week.

Ex: mon-chest, tue-back, wed-shoulders, thurs-arms, fri-legs

If you do combine bodyparts, go chest and tris, back and bi's,
shoulders and forearms, legs, or something like that.
 
first id up the protein a bit, maybe replace 1 or two of your meals with a high protien shake, to keep the calorie intake around the same but simultaneasouly uping the protien. training looks good. i wouldnt recommend nolvadex throughout a cycle, as it is very liver toxic, but good call with the milk thistle. next time go for some arimidex and keep nolvs on hand in case you need to stop gyno on the receptor level.
 
The reason I am keeping my training at only 3 days a week is to avoid overtraining. I feel like I need a day in between each workout for recovery. Each workout lasts about 1.5 hours. I usually do 6-8 sets of 3-4 exercises. Do you think I need to worry so much about overtraining, especially while on the juice?
 
I personally wouldnt worry about overtraining on a cycle like that, although you need your rest, listen to your body, I train 4 days a week. Just my opinion.

I would drop the EQ to 300mg/wk, and up the Sustonon dossage to 750mg per week after week 4 (after you finish the prop) using EOD.

the only thing that i would change is to add MORE PROTEIN...i really don't see you gaining 30 lbs of muscle with the amount of protein you're intaking.i was on a way more milder cycle than that, i was consuming 400+ grams of protein and approx the same in carbs(a little higher on training days).i gained a solid 25 lbs and have kept it...fyi
