Im new to this (very nice) Forum, my problem short:
I am 28 years old, am training for 10 years now, I am lifting mainly for strength.
My Pecs got really big , but I dont like how they look (they kinda started to hang and the lower part is much bigger, the upper kinda small),I am doing mostly horizontal Bench (for strength) and have skipped inclined and declined Exercises for many years(I believe this is the cause), so my question is how can the Form of the Pecs be corrected , shall I work only the upper part of the pecs? Any kind of help is wellcome.
