Form of my Pecs

Hello, PPL

Im new to this (very nice) Forum, my problem short:
I am 28 years old, am training for 10 years now, I am lifting mainly for strength.
My Pecs got really big , but I dont like how they look (they kinda started to hang and the lower part is much bigger, the upper kinda small),I am doing mostly horizontal Bench (for strength) and have skipped inclined and declined Exercises for many years(I believe this is the cause), so my question is how can the Form of the Pecs be corrected , shall I work only the upper part of the pecs? Any kind of help is wellcome.

Yes, but my upper pecs are really small( because i didnt train them for a long long time) compared to my lower pecs, so training them hard might bring some results, isnt it? or shall i make butterflys?Because when i was smaller (and trained the upper pecs a bit too) I didnt notice this asymetry, so i think it has something to do with not training the right portion of the muscle

I have the same problem. My pecs are big & round at the bottom, and thin & flat nearer the top. It's hard or near impossible to totally fix it, but you can improve it as Thatbloke says, with inclines and dips. Also you can check yourself for gynecomastia tissue. If you can pinch a much thicker layer of skin & tissue nearer the nipple than you can at the upper pec, you might benefit from seeing a doctor about getting gyno removal surgery. Not a big deal at all, and there's a whole topic on that in this site if you want to read more.

I dont have gyno, I checked it, Im only 2 weeks on AAS, going the right way (Ai, SERMS, HCG) and I really dont want to totally fix it, but since I am doing strength training it doesnt looks nice, before when I was training the whole Pec I didnt nothice this, so I just want to fix it a bit, its a really big difference between upper and lower pec.
