Foreman Grill People........

By the way....there's a "Foreman-like" indoor grill I saw on Target.com a while back that was BIGGER and you could take out the grill part and put in in the DISHWASHER !!!!!!!

Only about $50-$60 or so.

just take a knife and cut it open in the thickest part and see if you see any pinkish area. If it is solid white. It is generally done.

When cooking meat in large chunks (ie steaks, beef or fish, whole chicken breasts, etc) once done cooking, let the meat sit for 5 minutes as it continues to cook. Don't cut it cuz it'll let all the juice out & become DRY!! After the 5 minutes, cut it & if not done then cook it a little more. Cutting meat too soon after cooking will let all the juices out & dry it out big time.

Otherwise cut the chicken into strips, it cooks faster & isn't as dry.

chicken is way more tender when i cut breast into small pieces and then cook it on the stove...just move it around with a wood spoon now and then. i havent used my forman grill in months, the stove is way better imho.
