i've been doing work on biceps lately and i find that my forearm right near my bone REALLY hurts when i curl the weight to my chest (at the peak)... it hasn't let up for a while now and i've asked others if they get the pain and they say no... i'm like what the bejesus is going on... anyone who can help thank you
