For those who like ice cream

I was experimenting the other day and i dunno how many ppl know this one but if u like ice cream try crushing a cup of ice, mix with 1/2 a cup of skim milk or soy milk (i use soy cos of lactose), add a tbsp of splenda and your favourite protein powder and blend till the ice is crushed but still chunky

:D

Yeah, i know what you mean!

I sometimes use:

1/2 cup of low sugar ice cream(blue bunny brand from walmart)
-15g carbs, 5g fat(3 out of 5g is sat), 8g protein. made with splenda, whey, skim milk:p
2 scoops of labrada prov60 chocolate protein
2 tbls of glutamin peptide
5 packets of splenda
water
shake it up in a shaker bottle and whalla.........

Tastes fucking awesome!

2morrow is cheat day and i usually mix a scoop of vanilla ice cream into my protein shake hahaha

Hey BA,

Is that regular full-fat ice cream?

to be honest with you, in my previous post, i've been drinking that shake as a mid morning snack for the past 3 weeks and i haven't gained any fat! I believe moderation is the key for me.

Another really good variation is to mix crushed ice, a little water or milk, your choice of protein powder, splenda to taste, and a generous tablespoon of sugar-free pudding mix. You can get pretty creative with the flavor combinations between the shake mix and the pudding mix. Mmmm. :)

erm sorry i'm a silly brit, what exactly is that
pudding is a generic term here for dessert lol
Pudding is like flan , custard or creme brulee. We have this mix over here that comes in a box like jello, in fact the most popular pudding mix is jello brand. It looks like protein powder, like granular. You mix it with milk and it turns in to "pudding".

If you're a visual person, here it is:

Pudding! :D

If you use half milk/half water (or heck, all milk if you want) in your shake, along with plenty of blended ice, it's wonderful just like ice cream. You need a touch of milk to congeal the pudding, though. :)

My favorite is chocolate fudge or white chocolate pudding mix in chocolate whey. ;)

I'd imagine pistachio, banana, or butterscotch would be really good in vanilla whey.
