Well, I have had pain shooting across my shoulder and down my arm into my hand for THREE months and have tried everything..

My chiro did an accuscope treatment on the muscles in my neck and three months of pain was gone by that afternoon. I don't know what an accuscope is but I love that machine

Brotha you dont owe me anything. By helping you with your training I was forced to think about my own. I learned as much from you as you learned from me.

Now when you KICK ASS in STL...that will just be icing on the cake.

Kicking tail or not...it will be an all out 100% heart effort for sure. I think that Night Fly will do the same and you will see my buddy "Cheese" giving his all.

I can relate to everyone on here about back pain. I have had back pain before and adding the WSB methods to my training has really helped a lot.

When we rotate back to the Arch Backs...with a wider stance...I am sure the records will jump. Not only has your back COMPLETELY RECOVERED....it is getting stronger every week.
