i know this, if someone called me out about posting a pic i would post that shit in seconds, not disappear....

what exactly are YOUR credentials? where is all of the feedback from YOUR CLIENTS? how long have you been a nutritionist? or is it that you know how to use google and read??

My people get results... this thread is about foods to avoid when cutting... its not about what every average joe's diet should be... this is to show how to cut and be in competitive body type, to have a body fat under 10%...

For every stupid ass article that is posted, there's another stupid ass article that can contradict it... My results show, they are proven on myself and so many others... you already had a bunch of people tell you this before... if you want, take a poll on here and see who everyone is going to listen to, me or you... go ahead, see the results... your just one of those people that likes to try to contradict things when you see someone else doing well, and that's fine, but your making yourself look bad... so you should just stop...

im not doubting the credentials of the people you have spoken of but you can't argue with results and mine are proven on so many so you can say and think and google whatever you want, but you are not going to change results....
 
Show me some of the articles that contradicts them then please, you act so intelligent seriously I love your posts, I already talked about credentials , I have NONE , I dont aspire to be a trainer just yet . Feedback from people I helped meh iv helped maybe 6 people total in the gym LOL. Im not a personal trainer or any sort of trainer, I never claimed I was did I ? I'm willing to bet the people who I have learned from HAVE trained more people then you have . Here are some pics, starting out first pic in clothes is about Feb of 2011 5'10 235-245 in that pic, other pics are me getting my transformation started and its about April 2011 at 5'10 230 pounds, the last pic is the final pic I got and that I used for my transformation and submitted it to a supplement company in hopes of becoming a sponsor, August 25th 2011,5'10 and 185 pounds on empty stomach and 190 at the end of the day, the super supps that I used were Sust ( 540 a week) , and Anavar ( 50 mg a day ) http://s1204.photobucket.com/albums/bb401/sebaco2011/
 
Google ? By Google do you mean scientific research and evidence based solely on bodybuilding , and sports nutrition/ training ? Not only research but also PROVEN in any and all sorts of ways from one of the LEADING experts in Nutrition to World Class Bodybuilders, Then yes I use google, so im going to assume you use muscle and fitness magazines and supplement articles heh.

no i actually went to college, earned a masters degree, got certified from the best organization you can get certified in... i modeled for six years, ive been training people for 8, ive been doing diet planning for 5... so your right, i don't know shit... i haven't helped anyone, my personal results dont show and neither does all the other people that claim i've helped them... your the man here, you know everything, you have the diet down and im completely wrong... muscle magazines?? lolllllllllllllllllllllllllll your ridiculous as well as your so called knowledge... I do real life experiences with real life people who show real life results... if you don't like it or agree with it, well i really don't give a fuck... do you know how many people i help here on a daily basis? and that achieve unbelievable results?? do you have any idea how many over the years? you have no fucking clue, none... you are just some dude, that read some shit online that some people published and thinks they know everything... i put in my time, i grinded all this out over all these years and you want to tell me how its done... LOLLLL i dont think so man... you openly admit you have zero credentials, NONE, yet you want to tell someone who has the credentials i do how its done... get fucking real man... seriously... its great that you were able to transform yourself, i applaud that, i love that when people are able to do that for themselves but that in no way gives you any sort of credential to tell people how to do shit... you have no background in this whatsoever... so you can post all you want but you have no credentials to back it up...

Im just simply here to give advice that is REAL and TRUE , and has been PROVEN like I said by both science , studies, research . I posted up pics , links to the most CREDENTIAL people in this work even more so then YOU but your better then them right ???? So iv done everything you've asked im now waiting for you to prove what im saying wrong , please , once again I admire your intelligent response at least you aren't acting a bit childish esp as a moderator, wouldn't that be a good example to set. Me transforming my body gives me no right to give feedback and thoughts / feelings about what worked for me as well as whats worked for THOUSANDS of others and has been PROVEN . You have no valid arguement you're saying the same nonsense over and over you can't seem to give an intellegent response even as a moderator come on now .

first of all, your the one that came into threads calling my advice "broscience"... call my professors, and call nasm and everywhere else and tell them their teaching bro science and call and pm ALL the people I have helped transform and tell them that and they will all tell you to piss off... YOU HAVE NO CREDENTIALS, AT ALL... YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS GIVING ADVICE... we all have opinions and good stories and you can share whatever you want...

I gave you all my credentials which is clear you have nowhere near... Why don't you find me anyone that I have advised that what I told them did not work for them... Go ahead, ask around, post a poll, whatever you like... i never said that the "scientists" you speak of don't know anything, but there is no fucking way your going to find anyone that has not gotten results from what i have offered... you think there is only one way to do things? that everyones bodies respond the same? LOLLL You are out of your league man... You got some sense and took control and got down to the weight you are supposed to be at so now you know something? what about before that? If you can't read what everyone writes all over the forum about how much I help them, then you aren't looking at all... So like I said, run your mouth all you want, I don't care... You need to just be concerned with maintaining that and staying healthy... I do this for a living and did not get to where I am because I don't know what I am doing...
 
i avoid no foods when dieting if it fits my macronutrient needs then il eat whatever. calories in calories out..its not much more complicated than that.
 
I have had Better results using IIfYM . Carbs are more anabolic than protein and so long as I keep em under 350 a day I can cut bulk or whatever I just adjust my other macros. Calories In vs calories out at the end of the day is what determine whether you gain or lose weight. The way you break down your macros, micronutrients and vitamins within those calories is what determines your body composition.. That along with how hard you train, type of training and least important in my opinion is sleep out of those 3. You can get even more technical and say fast for 24 hours do some heavy training and then power back 400 grams of carbs at once and you will probably over time notice you are developing better insulin sensitivity and wake up leaner every day. I think what's more important when cutting in my opinion is keeping protein high, carbs at an optimal level for the individual so he cAn still perform and not feel like shit , and making sure fats come 80-90% from efa's such as fish oil, olive oil, natty PB hemp seeds flax seeds borage oil ...etc..train like a beast when you are cutting , sprints , so forth to get the heart rate up to max for short duration intervals..for most this will be far less catabolic than hours of cardio... For most I say .. Every individual should tweak their plan to best suit them selves. There is no one size fits all.. Milk for example is a Nono for me when cutting anything more than a cup or 2 and the bloat begins. Sodium and fructose should be kept under watch as well . Nothing worse than feeling bloated in my opinion

Holy fuck I rambled off there while riding the bike haha

I powered back a 2000 calorie burrito last night after some serious training days almost 2 pounds of beef rice and beans and I woke up lean as fuck this morning. So the odd bad meal is fine and a nice treat on occasion to keep yourself sane happy and able to socialize.. It's hard to meet chicks and shit and always have to turn down a slice of pizza or icecream at every offering

to maintain that body fat your going to want to keep both low... i try to keep my sugar around 30-40 grams a day...

sodium is easy for me because i don't like it anyway but it needs to be kept low when trying to maintain that low of body fat... of course some is necessary but keep it in moderation...

Wow didnt think it was that low thought maybe 60-80 would work

Any feed on sodium tho? Like 1500mg or?
