Holy fuck I rambled off there while riding the bike haha

I powered back a 2000 calorie burrito last night after some serious training days almost 2 pounds of beef rice and beans and I woke up lean as fuck this morning. So the odd bad meal is fine and a nice treat on occasion to keep yourself sane happy and able to socialize.. It's hard to meet chicks and shit and always have to turn down a slice of pizza or icecream at every offering

thats great man and its okay to cheat now and then but when you cheat on something like that, you won't notice the negative effects the next day, it would be a few days later when you start to notice...
 
i avoid no foods when dieting if it fits my macronutrient needs then il eat whatever. calories in calories out..its not much more complicated than that.


really... so if you have say 10 candy bars in a day that are 250 calories a piece you are sitting at 2500 calories a day... you think that calories in vs. out applies to that if you burn 2600 calories a day even though basically its all from fat? that's not how it works... the fat will still be stored... you can cheat sometimes and eat satisfying shit but you can't just eat whatever whenever and expect to cut...
 
There are lots of ideas on the correct way to cut and lose fat, and as long as it works for you they are all good. Having a family and kids can make it hard to eat clean every day. My wife and kids like things to eat that aren't the best sometimes, and i will eat with them. I think the key is moderation, knowing your body, and knowing your limits. I eat super clean about 60% of the week, and the other remaining time I compromise. I've had no problem staying at or around 6% bodyfat using this method.
