Food porn, cheat meals , From scratch brownies and tren is awesome!!

Ok so I been trying to cut and I was killing it for a good 3 months dropped about 45lb . Last two weeks I stalled but its my own damn fault nothing else to it. I did not hit the gym as much as I should have, drunk once or twice and my god am I hungry 24/7 now and the kind of eat and want to eat 5 mins later hungry..

Now I have decided I'm going to cook some seriously awesome meals and watch other people eat it lol... I made these brownies fron scratch and I had a tiny sliver just to make sure they came out good. Going to watch the female employees destroy these tomorrow.

Im going back to kicking some ass again and my biggest problem is been not cooking my own food because of no time excuses. Im going to be coking all kinds of shit now and you peeps will get a front row ticket to my master Culinary skills. 13+ years of chefing shit up and a published cook book baby. Ya your all in for it now!!!

Feel free to post pics of your food porn, healthy food, what ever in this thread guys. Tell me what you're eating tonight and maybe we can all share some cool Ideas here.

last night was chicken cordon bleu - healthy style. baked, no bread, lean ham, fat free cheese. with some green beans as a side. yeah im cutting.. tournament this weekend :)


Im no chef but ive worked a ton in kitchens and picked up some good tips. Ill post some pics if people are interested.

45lbs in 3 months is pretty damn good imo. Congrats!
 
I never diet always enjoy my desserts :p
 
breakfast today was high fiber bread, egg whites, veggies, fat free cheese and lean ham
snacking on veggies dipped in fat free greek yogurt w/ italian dressing powder mixed in. fat free of course

lunch steak diced up, fat free cheese, whole wheat bun

btw all those meals are doubled.. so i have 2 breakfasts, lunch and snacks .. just easier for me right now.

should have not got that far in the first place. But My company explained, branched into 3-4 more and a retail store all in a year. To much work not enough time to think let alone hit the gym.. Not anymore though.. KIlling that shit like always
 
BTW guys You do know I have a published cook book right> Anabolic Kitchen - Cooking for Bodybuilding <--- this is my shit and ya 13+ years as a master chef.. Well maybe not the entire 13 years but I was one of the best on the entire north shore

I have made the recipe for the protein bars for going on probably 4 years---and when I said back then they are always with me on long bike rides, an old bro, Half-Centurion caught me one day on a ride and asked to see the bars---and I produced two from my pack--but then we went and had beers and he had to drive me home. True story.

Went for first ride (outside) for the season today and, yes, two stuffed in my pack.

The cookbook is some of the best money I ever spent b/c I saved 100x it in power bars and it has recipes geared for people who burn water :Chef:
 
This is not the worst Idea I have ever heard. I wounder if it will stay stable? I dont see why not the entire batch of bars never makes it past a week with me

Id give myself a heart attack bro... I would eat the entire batch the first day... You gotta worry about the heat needed to cook the batch.
 
This is the exact reason i love summer, I have a Troy Built tiller and i plow a 1/2 acre of goodness ,can't beat anything fresh off the vines!

for the amount of money we spend on food, training, supps, and everything else.. the cook book is well worth it.

Is that layne and Isabells low carb cheese cake?

Walden farms makes a great zero calorie chocolate and caramel syrup to top that cake with.

Polander high fiber jelly also is great at 10 calories and 5 grams of fiber per table spoon. Nuke this for 5-10 seconds and u have a great low calorie, high fiber strawberry sauce!!
