supersetting with legs
10 min Cardio
Squat 40lbs 6/8/10/8
Travelling Lunge 20lbs 6/8/10/8
Calf Raise 40lbs 6/8/10/8
Leg Extension 40lbs 6/8/10/8
Standing Leg Curl 6/8/10/8
Skip 1 min inbetween all the sets
Hard Cardio 10 min
 
I am liking my new workouts, they make me sweat!!!! jumping rope was easier today than yesterday, now that is good cardio, who new :)

Glad ta see yer havin fun.
I liked skipping rope :(, but my wrists (Carpal Tunnel & Tendonitis) & my knees are not so fond. Great workout, though. All the boxers do it.

Great on basically ANY day IMO. If you have a cardio & ab day, you can cycle the two like 60 second skip / 60 sec abs / 60 second rest X 5 or something then repeat for each ab exercise you do. :)

I like your new workout concept too! I am so bad at jumping rope that I have to simulate with fake rope...otherwise I spend half my time untangled instead!!
