Hey legends! Today i trained shoulders. wow! wota workout today was i smashed shoulders loved it! played it safe drop weight today due to scare yesterday. Done some core and back aswell. I had to save some energy for work. Heres is nutrition with training some forearm pump and leg pump pics from leg day.
