I did legs today too!! LOL about being sore..last week I wasn't and I told Jimmy-- I AM NOT SORE! ALWAYS SORE ON LEG DAYS!! SH-- WASTE OF TIME..I AM STAYING FLABBY! Terrible mindset that day!! So, tomorrow..I better feel it in the glutes..Have fun biking..work those legs some more..
