Flor Is At It Again!!

Had a good morning!!!
Went Mtn Biking...Hilly terrain woods...1:30 hrs.
It was a good leg workout.
Hey I did not fall!!! LOL...crossed 2 creeks ON the bike...Not bad for a 40 yr. old rookie!!!
LOL...
After that sunbathed a bit maybe an hr. and came home to quick shower.
Had lunch at M's brothers house...cannot say Brother in law...and sounds strange Concubine's brother's house...LOL...
So I am in a funny mood...LOL..
Beef and Gnocci's for lunch not bad..1/2 flour tortilla, and 2 mini slices fruit tart...so I guess that would make it 1 normal slice.
Coffee coffee coffee!
Morning meals were 3 egg whites and 1/4 C oats.
1/2 Met Rx big 100 bar
1 tuna fish sandwich lettuce and tomato...
How is everyone??

i def see more meat up top in the shoulder area...
and not as much ribs.

Now that you say it and I go back and look, you are right!
I did weigh a bit more today 120lbs.
As I said Sunday I went mountain biking, it was good and now I am saddle sore, legs a little heavy not sore.
I did notice that my upper quad is tighter. I wore short thights today to park...
Just did brisk walking...

At one point in our lives, every woman, ok maybe 90% at ONE POINT... maybe would want to to hear,
"you are so tiny"
"your thighs dont touch"
"your waist is so tiny"

well you have all of those things.. just getting it to a healthy level , appearance wise, is what I am concerned with.

Eat up and stick to your hard work flor.

You are a lovely woman.

I do eat!!! Yes I do worry about flab, which is just fat...no way to get that tight! :lmao:
I like healty Florencia, I like nice breath (horrible if I do not eat on time & drink enough water) I want plump sexy muscles...
