Did you include acidophilus in your supplements pile? If you are dealing w/ any sort of bacteria imbalance ("good" vs "bad") - that is a possibility w/ var.
 
I was about to head to Sams now...
Yakult has lactoabacilus, and I am going to also take the acidophilus, liquid form in water.
I used to take it with OJ...
I have been ok with discharge...no yeast infection...(yet) I hope.

Busy Morning...did not eat alot...
I had tuna salad for breakfast -kind of like equal to pancakes-LOL
I made it myself and was ready to eat so I just ate 3 spoonfulls, before I left.
Jicama...with lemon and salt at noon -remember I have my large meal at 3:00 p.m.-
which consited of ground breast chicken 90 gr. and 1.5 cups peas no fat added, just straight out of the frozen goods bag into sauce pan...and a sprinkle of molly imitation butter suds.
Crystal light.
Had my golf club grips changed and will play tomorrow morning after workout.

Wow! What's that from? The var?? Salt? More water, it should pass though.
 
Today I played golf again 91. Not bad..not good either...
I am going to gym do Chest and Back.
All are 4 sets, pyramid reps, up weight.
12 10 8 6...12 again with weigt used in first 8.
hope it makes sense,
I did drink lots of water...5 24oz water bottles...I still need like 4 more to go.
Food was bad this morning...
1/4 c oats (woke up late)
1 zoe perfect bar at golf course...
