Fitness Resolutions for the New Year

We all like to make New Year's resolutions, many of them regarding fitness. If you post them here, maybe we can help each other maintain accountability.

I resolve to reach and maintain 300lbs in the flat barbell bench, while at the same time keeping my bodyfat under 14% and to achieve a maximum score on the Army Physical Fitness Test (for me that means 80 pushups in 2 min, 80 situps in 2 min and running the 2 mile run in under 14 minutes)

My goal is to get down to 220 pounds and maintain it.

Sounds like a simple, attainable goal. No bodyfat concerns? I weigh 208 but I'd like to go down to about 198 with no muscle loss.

Right now I am about 204 I want to be 215 with a little less on the bf% right now I am about 15% wouldn't mine being around 12%

Decreasing BF by 3% while gaining 10lbs of muscle will really tranform a physique. Good luck bro. How do you plan on doing this by the way, I may try some of what you do.

One of my old goals was to max the PT test for the hardest category which use to be 18-21, but the catch is I wanna max it under the male standards. I think I'll make that one of my goals for 2002. Oh and I wanna get my bf% to 12% in no more than 12 weeks. i can do it!

That is a hooah goal! I used to strive to score the highest for that age level, but actually the hardest age group is now 22-26 I think. I can't come close to running the 2 mile in 12 min these days, I will be doing great to get my time down to 13:30.
