First timer-- any good cycle suggestions??

Hello fellas,
Never tried roids b4 and about to. I am 25 5`11 at 178lbs. I have been working out for a while on and off. I want to gain about 15-20lbs of muscle and drop my body far to like 10%. I eat healthy and workout 3x weekly and also take muscle milk for the extra protein.

I have been reading on D-bol and Nolvadix and my question is any suggestions/reccommendations to help me build a good cyle tha twill help me add pounds and drop fat and be able to KEEP the gains long term??

I am thinking of dbol 25mg daily for 4weeks, but also heard I`ll loose all the gains once I stop. how and what can I do to keep the gains?

Any help will be greatly appreciated guys.
 
Welcome to EF, you have come to the right place...

It sounds like you need to get some more education B4 jumping into the pool. You will learn a lot here, your best bet is to jump on the diet an training forums.
 
1-6 test prop 150mg eod
1-6 winny depot 50mg ed drink it
1-6 adex .25mg eod or up it to .5 eod if your nipples start to get iritated
7-11 pp test recovery stack
7-9 nolvadex 40 mg ed split into 2 doses
9-10 nolvadex 20mg ed split into 2 doses


i dont like your contradictory goals so i wont comment on the diet aspect other than to say you are going to need a lot of protein.
 
If I were you I would wait. I started at 25 and I now realize that I coulda pumped it out for a few more years and made gains natty. Oh well, I guess you live and learn. If you already have your mind made up then I would go with designed steroids first. I feel they are just as good as some of the UG orals out there and you will know exactly what you are getting. I would get ahold of Needto and get his Beastdrol that should be out any day now or JAM has some good one too. Go in the supp forum and ask for a beginners PH cycle and try it out. Get a bottle of sustain alpha and use it for postcycle. Hit me up if you got any questions.

I just finished my first dbol only cycle. I ran 30mgs for 6 weeks. Gained 15.4lbs. Have kept 11lbs. Waist measurement? The same. I'm through pct and still feel awesome pumps although not like when i was " ON " but 30% thereabouts.

I'm running Test e, Eq and Tbol for my next cycle.

By the way, if you've decided to do an - oral only - cycle, Tbol run at 50mgs ed for 6 weeks wouldn't be bad either. Research bro and best luck.
 
Working out off and on just ain't cutting it, get dedicated and dial in that diet before you make that jump ,failure to do so is nothing more than a waste!

i ran test enanthate for my first cycle & i got pretty good results and no sides besides a little oily skin. id definately recommend it for a first timer. if your not trying to inject id just run some dbol
 
right on with radar. 5'11" and 180 isn'y cuttin it. get to 200 naturally first. you can do it by training 5x a week and getting better. more protein, good fats and low glycemic carbs. more in the AM and early afternoon and barely any (greens veggies) later. the more solid protein the better. do this for 6 months and you will seee gains!
 
I totally agree with radar. The whole working out on and off and even thinking about taking something to me is crazy. Get your workouts and diet in check then after alot of research think about taking the next step!
