Ok so first time thread creator longgggg time researcher.
Been trying to work out what is the best first cycle for me.
I am basically just trying to add maybe 4-8 pounds of lean muscle. and really just after a "finisher" after I get my BF% down to that magical 10%.
I have recently been in a MVA and can no longer do heavy deads or squats, so my leg work is restricted to isolations and obviously they are lacking a little compared to my upper body.
so I'm basically looking for the safest cutting/strength cycle possible, and aiming to increase all lifts by 10-15%,with which I can keep the most gains from post cycle.
In reality if I could keep the gains from an oral only cycle I would do that, but from everything I've read (except for possibly DBOL) that would not be the case And the reason for the relatively small gains Im aiming for is due to the fact I dont want to further miss-proportion my lower body.
Current stats:
25 years old
6 foot
lifting for 4 years
Current bf% 13.5
current weight 194
Current macros 200P 180C 80F 2100 cals roughly 500 deficit. (will slowly lower carbs over coming weeks/ months)
Supps: whey, creatine, fish oils, CLA, caffeine, green tea extract.
