First cycle log - Sustanon, Anavar, Nolva, Clomid

I'd like to share my experience with my first cycle. I followed advice on this forum specifically (it is the only forum where I am registered and bookmarked) and came out with some great gains, which I attribute directly to the EF community (my source only knows so much). My PCT ended today.

Starting stats:
23 years olds, 5'8", 168lbs, 18% body fat.
Previous experience: 6 years lifting, Collegiate ice hockey

500cc Sustanon (injected biweekly -- 250cc Monday/250cc Thursday.)

I ran this cycle for 13 weeks. Injections were done in the am 2 hours before workout (could hardly sit still in class the first few weeks). Worked out Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday.

Noticed no effects within one week. After about the third week lifts had gone up 25% and stamina was unbelievable.

At the 6th week I had gained aprx 20 lbs and was weighing in at 190 naked. At this time I began to administer Anavar at 75mg per day every day until the very last day of injections.

By the 12th and final week my naked weight was 203 at approx. the same body fat. Bloating in my stomach was bothersome but didn't affect physique too much. Bloating seemed to subside when I began administering Anavar. The worst bloating I experienced was between weeks 4-7 (approx. middle of the cycle).

By the last week, major lifts - squat, bench press, deadlift - were practically doubled in maximum weight. My body seemed to respond very well to the Sustanon.

After waiting 21 days after the last injection, I began my PCT consisting of Nolvadex and Clomid. I did not front load.

For 21 days after the 21 day waiting period after the last injection, my daily dosage was:

Clomid 25mg/Nolvadex 50mg

I continued to work out three times a week and noticed very little strength losses. My weight plummeted nearly 12 lbs despite a high calorie diet. I believe a lot of this can be attributed to water weight as 3/4 of my "strength" remained. Weighing 188, which would be the lowest of the cycle, I continued to eat and work out as if I was still on cycle. My body soon rebounded back to 194 where it has stayed.

I found that taking Clomid at night time was good for me.

I did not experience any "emotional" sides.

My testicles seemed to atrophy slightly but have since returned to normal. I did not elect to use HCG for this PCT.

For the second week of PCT I had acne on my back - 4 or 5 pimples at most. These have since subsided.

I did not experience "gyno".

My PCT is complete as of tonight.

Starting stats:
5'8" 168lbs, 18%bf.

Ending stats:
5'8" 194lbs, ~17%bf (difficult to tell but certainly enough for abs to still show.)

I'm very satisfied with the cycle and would like to commend the forum's many contributors for supplying such vast information on the topic. The forum has been a great help where real life friends, myself, and my source have found ourselves with unanswered questions.

Oops - to clarify, I am no longer playing collegiate ice hockey. It would've been nice to have the size when I skated but those days are since gone. So don't flame me for "cheating". :)
 
Awesome. That's very encouraging to hear. I am still researching and getting my PCT in order for my first cycle. But that is a great post and sounds like a text book cycle you just ran. Ive gotten a TON of good advice from the people from this site and plan on following it to a "T", so I hope to have similar results for my first cycle in September. Congratulations and well done.
