I was joking. I seriously would've entered. I'd like to have until Halloween for this, so stop being polite, and start getting real. So let's decide on a time-frame (I gave my preference), categories, and door prizes.

its old, but here's a shot of mine

NJ - My pics from last week are in my gallery.....if you don't believe me, thats ok. I was much more diced this summer and wish I would have had access to a camera then, but that's all in hindsight.

I can give credit where credit is due and your ab detail is pretty good. You should try and put on some mass, you'd look even better. I started to try to put on mass about 4-6 weeks ago and have gone up in bf (about 1-2%%) which is tolerable. Right now, you would beat me....but my goal is to add mass, (WITHOUT GETTING FAT) THEN rip up.....don't want to turn back now and delay the process, as my approach is very slow at maybe 1-2lbs a week....fall/winter is only a few months long.......for me, getting shredded and staying there is MUCH easier than putting on weight and it looks to be the case for you as well. SO this is my new goal. Maybe in the spring we can have a diet board full body contest.....Needsize, sorry bud, you are in-elligible (lol)......

HOWEVER, I'm pretty confident I could still beat 75% of the board at my "fattest".....

Well, I guess the contest is over. This was posted on three boards with 77,000 members and not one serious taker. lol What happened to all those people with the great abs avatars? lol Fonz comes to mind.

On a lighter note, ironically my digital camera broke today. Strangely enough I went to the store and was able to buy a new one. Who would have thought you could just buy a digital camera just like that? :) I hope this knowledge might help some of the bros.

True bulking is so '80s. Why bother unless you're going to compete. I'm 170lb @ 5'10" now and you know what you would say if I was 200lbs - bro, you should bulk. lol I know you weren't trying to take a shot at me. My point is that "the bulk" will never end and you will be fat 99% of your life simply because you aspire to "get big." My philosophy is why look like shit 99% of your life when you can look your best everyday. Hey, I should write a book. :)

Bulking doesnt have to equate to getting fat.....My approach is a long, 1-2lbs/week MAX......I monitor my bf% and will not let it go about 10%...I agree, many are too concerned with getting big that they end up getting and staying fat...I have a goall in mind, and when I reach it, I will re-evalutate....

On a sep. not, I doubt many would tell you at 5'10, 200lbs that you need to bulk...I was 6'2, 185 and definately needed some size for my frame.....that's all I was saying....
