I'd increase calories, you have to eat over maintenance on cycle (well off too) if you want to gain.
As far as after cycle, I felt like crap afterwards on my first cycle. Depressed, broke out even worse.
I've seen a few women take Forged Post Cycle afterwards so I'm going to give it a shot. 5htp should help any depression as well.
Me too! Big time!! And that was only on 10 mgs of var. Strength goes down, got super bloated and watery looking, depressed, tired etc. Took me about 8 weeks to even out hormonally.
If you're getting really stiff etc...I'd drop the dose back. I know I'm beating a dead horse but it really isn't necessary to be at 20. I didn't lose much fat on my first cycle either. Gained a lot and maintained most of it so my overall composition changed but I didn't actually drop a lot of fat.
