Okay. Starting today I'm going down to 15. I can hardly do cardio anymore, my muscles get so tight, and it's really important to my training I think. I'll do a half in the morning and a quarter at night. I did legs at the gym today. Squats at 185x6 and my leg press is 6 plates on each side (however much that is.. terrible at math). I feel like jello, in a good way.
Yes I love to run, and I found it painful on Var. It clears up after stopping though. I can't speak for the after effects of var for females however I lost strength but got lean. I actually liked what I looked like better 1 month after stopping. Good luck!!
