I just finished up 20 weeks of dieting madness. I was doing cardio everyday for 45mins in the AM. Since I am currently off the shit I wanted to know how much should I tone back the cardio just to maintain my 6 pack and lean muscle mass?
Diet throughout cycle was
1/2 cup oatmeal 40 g protein
6oz chickne 1 baked potato
6oz chicken 1/2 cup brown rice
6oz chickecn 1/2 cup wheat pasta
40g protein
Should I keep the diet the same? How much should I lay off the cardio so I can maintain lean muscle mass?
