Dropping water like crazy.. ;)

Was reluctant to put any pics up, the fluid I was holding on to was nuts.. Im gonna up the Interval training and kill it in the gym really hard for the next two weeks and then post up. I've added on some size which is noticeable but I'd like to see more muscle definition.


I figured if I made an oath.. I'd have to keep it.. :verygood:
 
Hun, you should post your pics now, and then in 2 weeks post up new ones, so you can see your improvements.

I know you look great now, so nothing to be shy about!

Sidenote: ever try superhydrating? I just started a cycle on Friday and I'm going to have some fun with it even if I need to take a loan out for toilet paper.

Haven't figured out exactly how much muscle I've gained but heres the stats over the last two years....

Pl'ing has added some size on to me in the last year.. I've gone from 125 at close to 19% bf in early '03 and In Jan of '04 I weighed in at 132 @ 17% bf. with in the last few months I have noticed changes in my back, shoulders, traps, quads...

Right now I'm sitting at 137 and my last bf% was 15.9. I haven't seen a decrease on the scales but I figure if the the bf% is decreasing even with me weighing more.. I can't complain. I'll try to dig up old pics and do comparision.

Frisk - the gains are there trust me.......do the dandelion and Vit C dealio...and whatever Vel is trying...she's a smart cookie

I've taken a few pics over the last few weeks... nothing quality, poor lighting and angles. Those may have to do for now.



Shadow.. I've kept you up to date on my progress... and I know that you've been honest with me as for gains etc... thank you ;) .... I started the Vitamin C today.. and the Dandelion on Friday. Gonna see if I can get the specifics from Velvett and try what shes trying...

yep...in does of 3-5 grams is a very good diruretic..couple it wirh dandeliona and a lot of water...you will drop a LOT of water retention

Very interesting. I'm currently taking 1.5g a day. Do you recommend taking it at any specific times during the day?

500 mg every 2 hours.....

I have a huge bottle of 1g tablets, so should I just take 1 every 4 hours? After these are gone I'll get 500mg.

Oh so right

Superhydration.

Week one - a gallon of water per day (if you drink that already add 32 oz)
Week two - add another 32oz
Week three - add another 32oz
Week four - add another 32oz
Week five - add another 32oz
Week six - add another 32oz

1 - Drink it with straw (it goes down quicker and easier)
2 - Make sure it's really cold
3 - Try and drink half by 12-2pm and most before 6pm
4 - Get some 32 oz water bottles (Nalgene is pretty good)
5 - Every 8oz should burn 8 calories (you do the math)

The basic concept is that the extra water will aid in kidney and liver function, if your kidney's have the water to function properly your liver can do it's job and metabolize stored fat into energy.

It will help with always being hungry.

Improve bowel movements (TMI)

I store my bottles in my freezer at work - it never actually freezes but it's so cold it hurts - hurts so good.

Me too Vel. It is hell when teaching, but I have learned to deal with it. My kids take bathroom breaks so I can go. :)

My hubby knows I ALWAYS get first dibs on the bathroom....or else I'll pee myself. ;) Plus, everywhere we go, he always says "why don't you go to the bathroom while we are here" (like I am 4 years old). lol

We are both *SO* looking forward to me being PG and having to pee every 15 seconds. I actually think I'll just live in the bathroom, it'll be easier than way. lol

Vel, like the idea of the straw, hadn't thought of that. Now I'll have to go get some.
 
Ok.. here are a few I took last week.. Gonna hide the camera for two weeks and see where I am then. Hopefully with the advice from Shadow and Vel ill be rid of this Baby sized pool of water im lugging around.. LOL.

Lighting is crappy and all are taken in a mirror.. crappy angles and such but it will give a basic idea of where I am at.

I like how you included pics of the wheels too - esp since it is usually the toughest place to see results for many women. More pics of the wheels! :)
