Superhydration.
Week one - a gallon of water per day (if you drink that already add 32 oz)
Week two - add another 32oz
Week three - add another 32oz
Week four - add another 32oz
Week five - add another 32oz
Week six - add another 32oz
1 - Drink it with straw (it goes down quicker and easier)
2 - Make sure it's really cold
3 - Try and drink half by 12-2pm and most before 6pm
4 - Get some 32 oz water bottles (Nalgene is pretty good)
5 - Every 8oz should burn 8 calories (you do the math)
The basic concept is that the extra water will aid in kidney and liver function, if your kidney's have the water to function properly your liver can do it's job and metabolize stored fat into energy.
It will help with always being hungry.
