finally starting anavar/gh cycle. any help would be nice

ok, i been ok humptrope for 2 months now. shooting 1.8iu's post workout and 1.8 iu's right before bed 6days on 1 off. also taking l-arganine b4 bed to promote natural gh, a multi vit, and flax and fish oil. gonna run qv var 20mg 1-2 week, the 40mg 2-7 week, 20mg 7-8 or 9. clomid post cycle, still debating on how much clomid (what do yall recommend?). i cant take creatine, cause it will flare my crohns, but protien will be at 300 - 350g per day. will be doing modderate to high moderate carbs, and low fats. will do cardio in the mornings on empty stomach (sprint 30sec walk 90sec) for 15 min each morning. stats 5'7 155lbs @ 12%. oh and i will be taking milk thirstle. i have some t3, but my goals would be to gain as much LEAN mass as possible, as cutting up is coming easy with this gh. I will keep you guys posted, and might make a cycle log. this is my fist cycle, wish me luck gentlemen ;)
 
If I were to do the var, I would just hit it at the regular 40mgs. But, then again, I am a steroid virgin, lol. However, my research concludes that any pyramid or diamonds or polydiagonaltetrahedrons or any other style of ramping really isn't necessary or particularly benificial. I couls could see ramping up for your first time, however, since you want to see how you react to the compound. But once you have already suppresed your natural levels, I wouldn't reccommend tapering off until you actually want to conclude your cycle and enter PCT.

Just a thought to spur on some conversation.


Also, I am not sure if there is a relation to thyroid metabolism and crohn's disease, I assume you have looked into it. That is definitely something that you would want to taper onto and then taper off of, for a maximum of 4-6 weeks, to my knowledge.

Again, hopefully, some of the more experienced people will be able to offer their ideas as well.
 
yeah i was doing the pyramid to be safe with the crohns, and i have tried thyroid meds before and was fine. thx paul, heres some K.

Keep us updated. That sounds like the ideal cycyle and I'll be curious to hear about your results and any sides(hair loss, loss of sexual desire etc).

Having chrone's myself, I think your smart to start the var slow. Keep me posted how the var is effecting your chrones. I want to use var for about the same length of time. (I'll let you be the guinee pig.) LOL

Hey, with the growth and var you could use more protien.
 
no, thats enough protien, since i dont weigh to much. yeah sure ill be the guinnie pig, not like i havnt done it before (i was the 2nd person to try remicade in the world and the 1st person to try cdp571. its a drug thats gonna be better than remicade.). and for all you that say 10-15lbs not possible, just watch, lol. ill take some before and after pic/measurements/bf ect. i so badly wanna throw some test in, but its not wise having crohns.
 
Sorry Bro. Your right about the protein. I didn't see your weight. But, you will definately need more protein on your next cycle. (because, you will be 170lbs)

I've been on 200mg of test for the last four months with no problems. (for HRT)
