Fell off the clean diet wagon last night

I am with you bigp,i cheat on sunday,usually some fast food for lunch,pizza for dinner,ONE day a week,strict the other 6 days,i stay trim this way,been doing it for years now.works for me,never eat candy though.

We must be related. Last year after the competition I gained about 15lbs in 2 weeks and my stomach was not that stretched out so I twasn't eating tons of food but I just gained every ounce of garbage i hate.

I crashed and burned and paid the price. Yesterday was Day 4 on DNP..400mgs. I have been doing a 60/20/20 with protein/carbs/fat. Last night I got home from work and was absolutely miserable from work crap. Started watching TV as it was my day off from the gym...see an ad fro friendly's...now that is to far of a drive because I am lazy so i went down to the gas station and bought and ate all of the following....

Mini can of pringles
3 rasberry/coconut zingers (twinkies)
a small bag of carmel candy with the white centers
2 bags of rasinettes
Sour Skittles
sour gummi worms

2 and 1/2 hours later....FIRE!!!!! I drank about 64 ounces of ice water over that 2 hours and was dripping wet...took a cold shower and that helped a done to where I could sit still without breaking a sweat. Went to bed and woke up every hour laying in my own sweat. Normally when I cheat it is worth it...not this time. I was still sweating this morning trying to get ready for work. Its insane.

Woke up every hour lying in your own sweat? How the hell do you function the next day? This is why DNP is simply not worth it in my opinion.
 
A word of Humility

I too, have been on a very strict lower carb low fat diet with good protein.

My intent was to stay clean for three weeks and then reward myself. Yesterday on day four of my ultra clean diet, I found myself bee-lining to the nearest Mr. Gattis pizza parlor for their lunch buffet of pizza and coke.

I felt guilty the entire time and kinda like an addict that is out of control. I seem to think I am a mature, logical and disciplined individual; however, am having major trouble staying away from carbs and sweets.

Sorry if this sounds like a confessional, but wanted to empathize with the guys that have "fallen of the wagon", knowing it can be majorly hard.
