I eat pretty clean all the time but do allow myself a cheeseburger on Mondays (my weekly cheat meal). Hasn't done anything negative for my weight and actually makes me feel pretty damn good
Im one of the lucky few, I can eat whatever i want, whenever I want it. I couldnt make it over 10% bf if I tried, even on my 8 McD cheeseburger/day bulking diet lol

i look at like this we all here work hard as hell every day trying to eat as clean as possible and go to the gym on a regular basis so its ok to eat some shit once in wile.
