I'm trying to get more protein in my diet, right now I'm only getting 200 grams a day and I want to double that up too close to 400 grams. I found some protein bars that have anywhere from 30 up to 60 grams of protein per bar and they taste pretty good. Problem is they have a lot of sugar, which protein bars do you guys use?
