fatloss without diet or exercise?

Ok....don't flame me at all people..lol

I might have to go in for a hernia operation, and obviously will not be able to lift for a while....also i have already been out for a few months....

My question is ..

Is there anything you could take that would gaurantee fat loss..or at least help it, while not exercising....and only dieting...

Winny?
T3?
Clen?
Y HCL (topically).................................etc.

ANy suggestions would be great. I am about 10% bf right now,.....i was planning on doing a winny and fina cycle...but it seems it might be on hold.....so what should i do.....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

If you watch what you eat and how many calories. I don't see why you would get fat. Maybe lose some muscle but you'll get it back when you start training again.
 
im not worried about gaining fat.... i want to LOSE fat...lol
I am good at dieting, and eating clean when i have to so thats not a problem. In my off time i just want to sit there and melt the fat away. if at all possible

so im ready when im ready ..ya know....i dont want to have to do some 3 weeks cardio crazed traing routing to get my ass into gear...


more suggestions...please...

whats everyones opinion on T3 ..how does that shit work without out exercising? Whta dosage as well. 25mcg/day?
Also, would winny have any effects without training and only dieting?

T3 will melt away your fat and also your muscle. At least couple it with some AS. But not sure what AS will do if you just sit there either. Make you damn hungry??

I really don't plan on sitting idle the whole time. From what i hear hernia op will put you out for around 3 weeks..some say 6. During the time i will get in what i can, training that is. WIll be very light if anything. Thats what im worried about is getting hungry. whats the minimal amount of T3 that would promote fat loss, while minimizing muscle breakdown?

Personally I would go for the T3 cos it's not too harsh and you will see a steady decrease in BF%. You can also use high dosages without experiencing muscle catabolism as long as you keep your protein intake super high!
