Does it matter that the majority of the fat I get in my diet comes from ANPB?
Im trying to consume about 60g, about 45 of which is gonna come from the ANPB. The other 15 I leave to the fact that I know the tuna I eat at college is mixed with mayo =-/ and i cant really do anything about that. Is this a bad thing? Or can I get away with it.
Oh btw Im tryin to lower my BF % if it matters.
