fat?

Does it matter that the majority of the fat I get in my diet comes from ANPB?
Im trying to consume about 60g, about 45 of which is gonna come from the ANPB. The other 15 I leave to the fact that I know the tuna I eat at college is mixed with mayo =-/ and i cant really do anything about that. Is this a bad thing? Or can I get away with it.
Oh btw Im tryin to lower my BF % if it matters.
 
well if your trying to cut you definately shouldn't eat mayonaise. try buying your own tuna and mixing it was cottage cheese or something.

Actually believe it or not I do. I go out and buy tuna and eat it plain, right out of the can, which I can handle pretty easily. But I have to eat two meals a day at college in dining halls, and they serve jack shit there. The other four meals are all solid consisting of ANPB, Tuna, Protein shakes, Oats, Veggies, Skim Milk.

To be honest, Tuna by itself is tasting better than tuna with mayo, funny huh.
I swear I eat so much fish im gonna grow gills :p

lol yeah i just ate a can of it by itself but i'm at home and don't plan seeing anyone else tonite so its all good. As far as your ?, you should definately try to get a variety of fats becuase peanut butter doesn't contain all of the types of fats your body needs, such as Omega-3's and 6's which come mostly from fish. You should try to get a better variety, go get some Salmon fillets or some other fish depending on your diet and tastes.

So aim for fish? Can do, ill try to put in a little salmon or something, as low quality as it is from the dining hall =-0. Anything else that you can think of with those fats? Maybe I could go out and buy something from the store...
 
lean red meats like top round sirloin, or if you didn't want to eat the other fish you can buy Fish Oil caps. They have 1g. of fat per capsule.
 
Walnuts are very good alternative to fish for omega3 FA. Its impossible for me to get non-deep-fryed fish on campus so I eat 5-10 walnuts daily for omega 3. Most people overeat omega 6 so that wont be a problem.
