Scared to test BF% but its high.
I have been training off and on for years. Been more off lately. Family, work, the same old excuses. I am back on the wagon now and hitting the gym hard.
What kind of Calorie intake should I be aiming for? I am writing down EVERYTHING I eat so I am keeping good track. I would love to hear some sample daily diets if anyone has the time.
I struggle with cardio but I know its necessary. 3 days a week for 30 min? Too light? Better to add a day or add time?
