fat girl and clen?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if running clen would be a good idea for me at this point. Diet is now in check, exercising daily. I have about 35% bf but an coming down quickly. Is clen a good idea for me right now to help cut the bf down? Just wondering.

I wouldn't recommend clen at your stage yet. You can get great results by just sticking to a clean diet and adding cardio sessions to your weight workouts. Let your body, food and natural metabolism burn the fat away. Safer fat loss and much more likely to be long term.

And stop calling yourself Fat Girl. You're a human being whose trying to lose bodyfat that's all. :)

Alex is correct. At your stage, clen should be avoided, for you still have alot of ground to cover on your own. However, once you wish to drop 10lbs and your diet, exercise program etc are all impecable, then consider using clenbuterol. Remember that it is a drug, which if misused, can lead to hazardous side effects.
Come girl, you can still loose more lbs on your own. Believe in yourself, and you will succeed.

Alex is right in his second point: if you call yourself fat girl, you will see yourself as fat girl. I believe in the world we live in, most human beings wish to alter their body compositions in one way or another, and by constantly repeating to yourself that you are "fat" or "weak" will create a mental barrier in your mind, which will eventually block you from changing. Please, never again refer to yourself as fat, for your own benefit.
My sincere support,
Erik

Thanks guys. I know I shouldn't be so hard on myself but I am. I used to be very thin and in great shape...then my mom was diagnosed with cancer, there went my gym days. But I am on the right track again!

No clen at this point.

I would even stay away from most supps right now - let diet and training do the work. Once you get down in the mid-20s, then look into supps. Just my opinion though.

The only supps I really love are Thermorexin and Glucorell-R from AF Store. But I have never tried Cardio Breeze and Sesapure from there - once I stop breastfeeding, those are on my short list of things to try.

I'd watch the way you speak to her ... "Don't F**k with the bunny" ...

She'll cutcha lol :)

Gurl... you can do it naturally .. we'll help & support you as needed :) :D

if you are going to use clen
reccomend at least 3-5 grams taurine, though people often take up to 10g
potassium and magnesium are also reccomended
as well as AT least 2 grams of ALCAR (protect cardiac tissue).

ALCAR

Taurine

Taurine for cramping and energy depletion.
Alcar because its protective of cardiac (heart) tissue, which clen places strain on and may cause apoptosis (cell death) in at moderate to high doses (1mcg/kg- at least in animal models).

potassium for cramping and performance
magnesium for cramping, heart function, and strength

(as a side note- clen depletes taurine, potassium and magnesium)
