fat burners while pregnant

femline

New member
I'm on my 3rd month of pregnancy , I have gained 18 pounds in the last 2 months, I'm not eating more or less than I used to before getting pregnant, If I continue like this I will be 500 pounds by the time I give birth lol, I started doing light cardio. I'm been looking at changing my diet to favor good nutrition and not really get me too fatty, as I think my body doesn't need to balloon up to have my baby.

Fat burners really aren't a good idea when pregnant. Theoretically they shouldn't effect the development of the fetus but still - it's always better to be safe then sorry.

You're pregnant. Relax. This is your excuse to put on a little bit of weight. That being said, you shouldn't eat total junk when pregnant and it's vey important to still exercise while pregnant.

I have a full sample 7 day meal plan for females in this article -> https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/bodybuilding-blog/2015/02/24/getting-back-gym-lay/
The meal plan will prevent excess fat gain while pregnant.

i agree with musky. a fat burner is going to put tremendous pressure on your heart health plus it will hurt your sleep and cause anxiety

i am not pregnancy expert but if my future wife were pregnant i would want her focusing on staying stress free, eating good, drinking lots of water, being away from pollutants, and getting a solid 8+ hours of sleep a night.

I definitely would not recommend taking fat burners while pregnant. I think even on every fat burner label it says so as well.

And im pretty sure your doctor would not agree with such decision as well.

I agree. What you are talking about is EXTREMELY dangerous for your child. And trust me, when you change your diet, things will happen. The body is amazing if you just supply it with the right tools.

Just worry about diet for now. Keep everything clean and after the baby us born and you are recovered it will be easier to lose the weight.
