Yep, just like the herc hold...I have some hefty callouses and I can rest the bar in them, making the grip too easy. With large, revolving handles I'd have to work harder to hold it. :D

With enough weight on them...the grip wouldn't be 'too easy' :)

Thanks B-True.

I plan on making mine out of a pair of old gas cylinders and welding handles on them. Then I can adjust the weight by adding sand to each one.
