Need some advice. I am taking all my fall college classes on line this fall. I have no job, live at home, no girl at the time, no partying. Absolutley sit at home all day. I will spend about 1 hour a day on school stuff. Should I get on a brutal routine for mass gains since I have all the free time for sleeping, etc.. I am an endo (formerly 280, now 175), so I do put on fat quite easily but I think I can gain muscle easily also. Just wondering if I should try something more than a 3 or 4 day split since I will basicly be on my ass all week. The question is this. What is the best plan for fastest mass gains if you have nothing else in your life for about 5 months.
