face problems need help!

get some retin a .1 PERCENT
put it on ed at nite and lite amount
take some B5 get the powder stuff.... www.pumpnpose.com
take 5-10 grams a day....
ok go see a derm or skin speicalist and get a series of chemical peels 3 of them spread 3 weeks apart (U WILL BE SO HAPPYA, they get rid of redness and basically a new layer of skin)
never ever touch or pop them never pop them
give this time (9 weeks and if not almost clear) u may need accutane
if u got the big ass zits (cysts) go to a derm and he can inject you with cortisone shots to rid the zit (THEY HURT BUT ZIT IS GONE IN 2 DAYS )
