So, the bar is straight in the middle, then bends one direction, then bends the opposite direction, then is straight again. Where should I be gripping it, and what's the difference?
Right now I'm gripping it on the outer bend for standing curls and on the inner bend for preacher curls. That just seemed to be where it was most comfortable.
