Firstly, I do not employ the WSB training methods in my routine so my feelings may be a little different. That being said, I was under the impression that extra workouts were for recuperation. If recuperation is what you are looking for how about ice therapy, deep tissue massage, physical therapy, etc... I have a hard time understanding how constantly tearing the muscle fiber in such a small bodypart as the tricep and never letting it heal is going to be beneficial in the long run. I have nothing bad to say about the WSB guys especially considering all of their successes, but it does seem that they get a lot of bench press related injuries.
