Hmmmm....what if you hit the gym early in the morning? I try not to eat carbs at all past 2pm......also, I'm an early morning gym person. I work out on an empty stomach, but take a pre-workout sup (V2 Maximize) about 30 minutes before I am actually at the gym. I wake up at 4:50am, take it.....and am at the gym by 5:20am. I don't have any more time to mess around in the morning, so I'm a little squeezed for time. It seems to be working fine, but if you guys are talking about an hour being too early, then 30 minutes has to be way to early?
