Everyone lets critique needsize's physique

nikkita, a lot of the problem is the posing, I love to train but I don't pose much, I forgot how difficult it can be to do them right, but luckily I've got lots of time to practice. I did get the rest of the pics developed, so as soon as I get them scanned I'll get them up so you guys can get a more complete idea of what I look like from different angles. In looking at the pics, I can see some areas that need work that I never noticed, so getting more opinions would help

I think the forearms need a little work, but mayb e it is just the pose. You cant see the belly of the muscle too well.

Other than that it looks great. I think your calves are fine. Compared to the size of your ankles they look great, I think you probably just have very big quads.

I suggest you go buy a cheap digital camera

Instant feedback, no scanning or developing needed, feeds straight to the PC.

from competitions I've been to and by asking to guys, it is more than having the muscles... it is how you pose them too, they call it "the art of illusion" because by posing them well you can sort of cover small flaws and give the illusion of perfect symmetry. Watch videos of competitions or pictures at magazines and practice... practice... practice... in no time your posing will be so natural that we won't even know that you're not standing normal :)
