Endomorph eating?

I am a true endomorph. It seems all the weight I put on goes straight to my mid section. What would be a recommended eating plan to gradually grow while not gaining fat? I am willing to follow any diet, I do my cardio and train well, but I need some help on what to eat, carb/fat/protein ratio %'s ect. Thanks for any help.

I am also an endomorph and I have found the best diet for me low carb. CKD or anabolic/metabolic diet. It does not work for everyone, but you might want to give it a shot.

Ditto for me... I'm currently on a low-carb/high-protein/high-fat diet, using olive oil and some flax as my main sources of fat, and it's worked great so far.

It usually takes some time to figure out just how many carbs you can eat every day without it affecting how you look. The most important thing with eating carbs as an endomorph is making sure you eat only quality, low-GI carbs and restrict them to only the first one or two meals of the day.

Best of luck!

High Protein/low carb/low fat is the best diet for you. I would say 50% protein/40% carbs/10% fats. What do you weight, height, age, and how active are you?

im similar where i gain easily, but im currently bulking, only problem is its coming on too quick. would you guys suggest maybe switching to a higher fat/low carbs, or maybe just cut back carbs of days i dont train? thanks

Euro, I'd suggest both...try to decrease the amount of carbs you're eating on off days and substitute the calories your losing from that with calories from fat. On the whole you might want to increase overall healthy fat consumption and watch how many carbs you're putting into your system.

I am 5'8, 180, 23, and as far as activeness, I workout 4 days a week and I would rate myself as 8 out of 10 on a scale. I would estimate my BF% @ 15-16.......

i havent been training long enough to even think about gear. as for my diet, im eating veryt clean, no bad fats really. all my fats are animal fat,(chicken steak eggs, once in a while some cheeze) the small % from oat meal, and i have a spoon of penut butter every day. i have just been cutting back on cals....i think i was mistaking bulking for swaining at every meal :)
