Elana's pics 6 weeks out...

These are the first set of pics Elana has taken. Taken just before dinner cold. With the help of you girls we have her diet on track now. Just starting to see some vascularity so the fats coming off. All comments and suggestions appreciated. She will be doing her first fitness show June 6th....
 
hey! Excellent upper body development! The stuff around the center I'm sure will come & nice shape in the legs! Definitely diet is key here!

I'd love to see more pics as she gets closer to her show! Excellent. ;)
 
Looks great! She has fantastic muscle devdelopment. Her hard work really shows.

Her UB is leaning out nicely, but like most females it seems like her legs and tummy are the last to lean out.

I can't wait to see more pics .... can we get weekly progress pics from here on out? :) :)
 
Diet-wise I think you all are doing the carb rotation? Make sure elana has enough energy for training. Losing bodyfat around the midsection is all about the diet. See how the carb cycling is producing results and let us know how it goes. Make sure there are good fats on the non-carb days but keep the cals the same. I dont' know how she responds to the carb cycling, but I've discovered through 2 rather painful & frustrating experiences that if I increase my cals above say 1700, I have a f***ing hard time gettign over that last hump to stripped & ripped while still getting the carb rotation.
