hmmm, keep it a breakfast item or a post workout meal...one egg is at least 75% daily allowance for cholesterol, I would want that in my body at night!!!!!
no milk? no cheese laying around?....hmm then i would just eat the whites.....if you know for sure that your cholesterol intake is still under 100% for today then eat the whole damn thing!!!!!
I eat eggs before I go to sleep a couple of times a week. I do not get off work until 5am, so my meals are all reversed . Not sure how it would effect you, but I just had blood work done two weeks ago and all was great.
