effects of wearing sweats

Just wondering if there is any caloric expenditure benefit when wearing a a sweatshirt and sweat pants, or even plasitics when doing cardio. I do about 45 min - 1 hr of lower intensity cardio first thing in the morning and immediatly following weights. Will the increase in my body temp. make my body burn more fat calories. I am low carbing too along with the low intensity cardio to preserve as much muscle as possible.

I wear tons of clothes in the winter...I like to be warm before I do my first actual set.

As far as increasing caloric amount that you burn...I highly doubt it...maybe just more water that you sweat out...

Thats about it, maybe the fact that they are a little bit heavier than regular clothes, migh tburn a few extra calories, but not enough to be noticable

I think that if your body heat is higher, because of sweats/plastics, then your body has to work harder to cool itself down....... thus, burning more calories.
